For the Gold Phantom, the Silver model's 25.4mm aluminium dome is replaced by a superior titanium design, which extends the claimed frequency ceiling from 25 to 27kHz and is similarly recessed behind a fixed metal grille. Both the tweeter and midrange ring are angled upwards at 11.5° for a better spread of sound. Going for gold.
